Caller: AGL, a bad choice in energy retailers!

Fellow identified himself as Ronan, collecting an electricity account from AGL. (Interesting that a human called, they normally hide behind bots.) The moment we questioned something he said the call degenerated into an angry threatening tirade for a further 8 minutes. This individual and this company should be banned from interacting with the public.

Immediately hung up as son as I answered. Checked on here and saw that it was AGL. Typical. Just complain to Energy Ombudsman in Victoria. AGL is appallingly bad. As far as I know they dont actually have a 'complaint team' and the people that do attempt to address your concerns really dont care anyway.

I asked for my details from them they couldn’t provide me any

I called back number (03) 9649 4676 reached IVR for a company called AGL Anytime.

Caller: They said they were agl

Asked for my details , asked for my address I asked them for my details and address as they were calling me

They asked don’t you know your address , I just hung up

If it’s agl , very bad customer service

Constantly calling my mobile, I don't answer but they don't give up either!
