They call themselves AGL but they are scammers as I called AGL on their number and asked if they called me and they said no.

I presume it is AGL as I have just finalised my account with them. They probably want to know why I have left them.

Caller: Fake AGL

Would only identify me by first name, post code and suburb. I asked numerous times for them to confirm my details and they couldn't. I even asked them to confirm by NMI number and the asian woman had no idea. I asked to be put through to her manager and she was no able to do so. I've stopped answering phone calls, the system is riddled with fraudsters and fully allowed for and even protected by "Governement".
