Switchboard operator has a few screws loose and can’t take messages or transfer calls. This is a legit business but the messages are very confusing and you’ll often get calls where nobody is on the line, they’ll text you your own phone number, you’ll phone and get diverted immediately to a voicemail message saying the voicemail account has not been set up. Total shemozzle for such a large company. This is the head office number too, by the way!
