(03) 9647 1211 - called 25 January. Woman's voice. Claimed to be from Optus Billing Department. Told her it was a bad time to call and she wanted to know when she could call back. Just said next week, so she or whoever else is operating this little scam can waste their time if they want to. Hung up and blocked the number.
