I called back the number (03) 9628 2861 and reached vm that said I reached SVCCIC

Some one named Ryan called me looking for someone who was supposedly my neighbour at my old address. Funny thing is they said they were next door at number 24 (the person lived at #26) but my old address was 36 🤔 asked if i could pass a message on to person of interest but as I do not live there nor do I know who they’re talking about I said no can do. He was very apologetic but I’m still wondering how the hell they got my number? Sounds like a debt collector & I have no debts
