Caller: Mental Health Access Line

This call was from someone from the Mental Health Access Line in Australia. I did not get to answer my phone in time and it went to voicemail and they left a message.

However, when I tried calling back, no one answered. I rang the general number back for the Mental Health Access Line and someone verified they did try and call and had left a voicemail.

Caller: Supposedly a mental health service

Unsolicited. Say they are some sort of mental health place in another state where I don’t live. I don’t have any referrals for this and have no idea who they are. I don’t attend any GP’s that would request me to attend. It absolutely unacceptable that these people are passing around my details to this organisation that’s clearly not solicited my any of my medical record of my doctors. Absolute harassment. Never authorised anyone from them to contact me. Absolute nonsense.

Never had any referral to this so called mental health care provider. So they say. Someone has been dishing out misinformation and giving my details to this person and I definitely don’t require it. I only go to two GP’s and it’s not something they would request. Absolute harassment. And I am thinking it’s potentially an obnoxious attempt to unfairly falsify medical evidence.

Caller: A nuisance call

I don’t live in Melbourne or Victoria. This is unsolicited contact - I don’t live in Melbourne and nor did I or any of my doctors and I don’t go to anyone in Melbourne or seek medical care that’s of a mental health sort and nor do my doctors require this. They say they are of mental health triage and spelt my name wrong. Someone has been dishing out my details to this organisation unsolicited and I don’t require this service.

Caller: Pretending to be mental health line

THEY SENT POLICE AND AMBULANCE TO ME this is a concern these people pretending to be authority. So I must of had fake police and ambos at my home wtf

Said they were mental health in my area & had my name. Never authorised anyone!

Said her name was Trish, working in my area, From Mental Health, Melbourne, bur area code is (03) 9600 6717

I received a phone call from a man who sounded Hindu from the Mental Health Access Line at 11:23 pm asking was my name ...... I said yes but I don't understand why this number rang me for.
