I called back number (03) 9595 6000 spoke to a woman who said company name is Brighton Corporate Offices.

This number is for IEC Group an event organiser which runs a range of events in automotive, industrial, OH&S, fashion, retail, lifestyle and wellness. If they are calling you are either a potential trade customer or you have previously registered to attend one of their shows. They are not a scam but a legitimate company.

Called me - hung up as soon I answered (could hear office noise in the back ground. Spam call.

They don't leave a message and when you call back you don't understand their own announcement on their answering machine. I called back five times now. Thnaks to this site I can see now that it seems to be bullsh*t.

Noticed I had a missed message on my mobile. Apparently they rang the landline as well and was answered by my wife. They wanted details confirmed; address correct but email no longer exists. Was supposedly to send out an invitation to a motoring event. If important, will ring again.
