I called back the number (03) 9560 0079 and the lady on the other line said I reached Fragile Removals

It's Fragile Removals and Storage. This is their Melbourne office number but they're Australia-wide these days. They've only ever called me when I've done an online enquiry or relating to my booking. They've never cold called me. :)

Caller: The Smooth Movers (Furniture removalists)

As I have a small load to pick up from them from Perth I rang them on the number our customer supplied being 1300 857 696 and asked about loading the items.
Was asked when I will arrive and informed them that it should be around the 20th.
She said she would get back to me.
I have just received a call from the above number 03 95 60 0079 whereby she stated that I must be there between 8am and 11am on the 20th...
What removals business only operates 3 hours a day!
If I load the furniture, all good; but I am not hanging around Perth to load 8 items; (a fridge, a washing machine, a tv and 5 cartons)...
I will head back to Queensland...
We have stayed back late for interstate removalists to load, but a three hour window is just stupid!
