Scammer posing as South East Water. Here's a text I received from 0427 840 150 on July 19, 2022, that includes this number:
Hello we've noticed your water usage is higher than normal on your most recent meter read for your South East Water Account. Please call us on 95523540 to discuss your options Regards South East Water

It was sent to someone who's details are not even linked to the account.
