Caller: Lady saying she was from south east water about a bill

This woman did not have my full name, when asked for purpose of her call she said it was about a water account. I googled South East Water - it seems to be.a Victorian company. I have never lived in Victoria so think this was a dodgy call and not the company.

I called back number (03) 9552 3208 reached voice mail but did not say for what company.
