I think it is a crim net work looking to embezzle old or fragile,dementia elders.
These are non police checked anonymous ppl who the fed govt allows to cold call.so that can only end badly if old lonely cashed up ppl pick up.And these callers know that.
I say these ppl are predators and they should be outlawed

Tele-Charity group based in Carlton, Victoria. Computer makes the call, then when you answer there is a long silence until an operator takes up the call after you've answered. I've had a couple of calls from them over the past few days. Quite likely to be a scam.

Asking for money for domestic violence, but sounded like she was smiling big time, & not listening at all. wanted $20 to $110 or more. She sounded too happy to be genuine! She has called here a few times. but never listens to me when I tell her, that I needed money too.

Asking for money $20 to $30 or $100 plus for Domestic Violence. She was almost laughing, as she sounded so very happy. Is she a nutcase already or just happening!
I told her I'd be happy to have the lowest of higher, but it sounded like the time was overlapping my speech. I wish they would stop. They are thieves, as I do not believe it's for charity. This is disgusting. I wish I could kick their butts.

Phone rings I answered, caller ends call. Bloody rude. I guess it was another pesky scammer. Bugger off and get a REAL job.
