I did not contact iSelect as such, but yesterday 4 May '17 I made online contact with what was promoted as a new company HealthInsuranceComparison (later saw in partnership with iSelect). I had to leave my mobile # otherwise the program wouldn't proceed with assisting me. I endeavoured to proceed without leaving a phone # though, but unsuccessfully. 3 calls have come from (03) 9452 9864 so far (by around 12noon on the day following my online enquiry) & each time there has been no one waiting on the other end to speak to me. I am annoyed.

Same as above. Interested in health insurance info but told them not to call me - 10 mins later call from this number which I did not answer. I was already suspicious as I am in WA and they did not list HBF - largest non-Medibank insurer in WA, and I had to fill in "other". Waste of time all round.

I have had exact same problem. I even replied to the email that I got from the Health Comparison website telling them I didn't want any calls, just send me some info but to no effect.

I called back number (03) 9452 9864 spoke to a guy who said company name is Iselect.

researched broadband internet tonight...just out of interest & iselect started calling. Annoying!!! I don’t want to have to speak to anyone! I just wanted to compare!

I had the same problem. I answered a survey about Health insurance and have had 2 calls with no one on the other end when I answer. I have therefore blocked the number

Same as all above. Wanted to do a comparison of Health Insurance Funds online. Had to provide my number to proceed. Very disappointed at the end that it gave no comparison and said they would call me. The reason for doing online was so I didn't have to speak to anyone.

Called the number back after I missed it and it was answered but nobody there. I could hear what sounded like a call centre in the back ground.

I've now blocked the number as I never wanted a call from them in the first place (would of picked up the phone and called myself if I wanted to speak to them). There was no option to select for them not to phone.

Oh well, lesson learned and number is blocked now I know from above that its ISelect.

Same here, I received a call from this number & no one answers. I tried calling back, call connected, but no answer from the other side. I think i was doing some health insurance comparisons, where I shared my number, as it didn't allow me to proceed ahead without the number provided. It's annoying.

I've had the same experience. I've now blocked all calls from this number. I thought iSelect was a reputable company. Wrong!!

I-select!!! tried to do a health insurance comparison.. not with iselect, but still they call me any way... so annoying, i hate these calls.

Same as others log online for health insurance comparison leaving my mob#. Received calls from this # two or three times a day for five consecutive days now but don't leave any message as I don't answer unknown # so I decided to check this #. Thank you all who posted complaint on this #.

Totally agree - deceitful way of doing business from I select.

I was doing an online Health Insurance check and came across what I thought was a new company only to find out it was ISelect, had I know this I would not have proceeded they are the most aggressive and rude telemarketers I have come across, they are not offering anything new just repackage there old stuff

Ditto to the messages above, is frustrating, so I just don't answer anymore, I let it ring.

I too made an online enquiry for health insurance comparison and did not want iSelect as they have pressured me before.

didn't ask for call back answered questionair clicked no I didn't want the call back. They still rung back.

9 missed calls in a couple of days with no message! Way too many! Did an enquiry online for a mob that I thought was NOT iselect. It is. I go online to avoid calls!
