reading all the comments from other people who have had this number call them it is clear we do not answer any questions these people ask - they are scammers and we do not need their help-

I have received multiple calls from this number. I will not answer a call when I do not know the number, hence I don't know who they are. At first I tried to return the call (anonymously) to check them out, however the line sounds dead - there is no ringing nor engaged tone. I have since flagged the number to reject. They continue to try and call - it does not ring at my end, just shows as rejected. For them to continue is a waste of their time, as I will not be answering this number.

The number calls multiple times a day, never speaks when the phone is answered, hangs up a few seconds later.
Can hear some interference in the background. Occasionally plays that odd one second of music after the phone is answered.
Calls at all hours of the day, for days on end.

Sick to death of these peole calling me - leave it go to message bank then try and call them back as my phone says SPAM and there is no ring tone - buggar off and try and get a legit job and stop disturbing us that are working!

Caller said he wanted just 30 seconds of my time to survey for demographics and wanted to know if i was working part time or full time, if my partner was working full time or part time. I answered neither to both and then just he hung up. Pity I can't block this number.

I'm SOOO annoyed this weird Indian scammer has called my family at least 8 times a day!! GET THE BLOODY HINT WE DONT NEED HELP WITH TAXES AND GOVERNMENT!! Whoever this man is.. He's got a sad life

I had a call from them today, about 1030am on home phone. Said I had done a survey recently and read back all this info apparently i had handed over. Some Government scheme to reduce tax and help me when i hit pension age as i will still be working for another 5 to 10 years.
No mention of what the government scheme was. But some lady will call around for a 20 to 30 minute chat when i book a time and hand over a booklet (?) i can take to my account / financial advisor. Dont know of any government scheme that helps me reduce taxation. I might see how this plays out.

Next time this Indian black f*ckwit calls us we will not be responsible to what happens to him or his f*cked up colleagues . Don't call us and leave threatening messages cause we don't answer your call we don't won't to know you or who you are so f*ck off !!! Got a call on this number whilst I was at work late on a Friday. Not Indian accent but possibly well disguised. Very pushy and knew some information about me from a call made 18 month prior. Said he had some vital information about Australian government tax incentives. I questioned him why this was not already advised to may tax accountant. I tasked why he wanted to push information like this in such a dodgy way. I told him I worked for the police force (which is true) but all this did not deter him and kept pushing. After I gave him some general information I said Ok now please send me the information by e-mail, in which he then said he had to send someone out personally to see me at my home. At that point I lost it and hung up.

i think the business name he stated was "BP AUSTRALIA". he was calling me to advise me of my government tax incentives.

i've had this same company call me a lot of times over the years. every time i tell them to never call me again. very annoying. my number is listed on DO NOT CALL but this means little to scammers.

They called themselves "Payless Solutions" and talked about government incentives. I didn't recognize the voice but the guy on the phone told me that we had talked earlier and if I could remember him. I answered "no" but he continued and said that he got a few information about me which I had previously given to him. When I asked when we exactly had talked, he couldn't give me a point in time. Liars!!!

By the way, Payless Solutions doesn't seem to even exist in Australia!!

Got an unsolicited call from this number also - not sure if this was related to providing a number for my daughter's mobile phone repair this morning ?

I receive phone calls from this number almost every single day of the week and this has been going on for some time. I am sick and tired of these calls. Just now received another call from this number. Now I refuse to answer the call because I already know that it is from India and that it is the same scam they're trying to pull. Since I stopped answering the phone when they call, they let the phone ring and ring until the phone finally cuts off. Unbelievable what a nuisance these people are. This is harassment. Australian Phone Companies should find a way to block these overseas telemarketing calls. I am not trying to be racist here but honestly 99% of the scam calls I receive are from India. This harassment has to stop.

Just now received another call from this number and I now refuse to answer the calls. One of these Indian supposed Telstra Telemarketers rang a couple of weeks ago and actually told my husband to f... off when my husband told him not to call our number again. Then he shouted a whole lot of other obscenities into the phone at my husband before hanging up. He was trying to convince my husband that there was something wrong with our internet connection which was all rubbish. Unbelievable how persistent, dishonest, rude and mannerless these people can be. There should be a way of permanently banning these overseas scam artists from calling australian phone numbers.
