A slight pause when answering, then they say "is this XXXX? I'm from something or other electricity company and I can save you 42% on your bills.

I requested they remove my details from they database and they hang up on you.

Frustrating, have blocked this number until a new number calls me instead!

have tried calling back many times but nobody answers, it just goes to a voice recording. The recording sayd something about an extention line.
