I called back number (03) 9422 7796 reached IVR of a utility company called Energy Australia.

This is the number for the Energy Australia Customer Save Team based in Flinders St Melbourne. The number comes up as Eltham however its not in Eltham. Whenever you decide to transfer your Gas or Electricity to another Energy Retailer, they receive a report and will call you and offer you a better deal, pity they don't offer you the better offer straight up.

This is the 3rd number I have on my mobile phone for Energy Aust. They are phoning both this, my landline and emailing me, in order to "change my mind" about moving Gas providers via the ONE BIG SWITCH campaign. Silly, because I use very little gas. Another number they phone in is 0481 071 069. And over a year ago it was (03) 9422 7790

Received a missed call. Not sure why. No message left

Caller: “Energy Australia”

Called me 4 times in 2 days but left no message. When I called back there was an automated voice which said “energy australia” followed by a beep and then hung up. I called energy australia back directly as I am a customer of theirs and they told me that they hadn’t tried to contact me at all and that it was most likely a scam call.
