I rang back the number (03) 9354 0187 once but got disconnected

Lots of these fake callers spoofing real numbers.

Answered, and they hung up and I called back and got message "Optus advises that this number is disconnected". How is that possible - to be disconnected within seconds of calling ! Scammers, as far as I am concerned

Caller: Someone claiming to be checking to see if I was eligible for tax rebates.

Called and wanted personal financial details, claiming they were to see if I was eligible for tax rebates worth $22000.

annoying scam, even for those of us on the do-not-call list

I do not call if no message received.

annoying scam. wish they'd leave us alone.

persistent, frequent calls. just ignore it.

Said they were from consumer incentive scheme. Shouted name at me then when mentioned i was in the do not call lost they hung up. Called back but number was disconnected.

Same for me. Calling to see if I was eligible for tax rebates. Very persistent wouldn't take 'not interested' for an answer - so I hung up on him.

Rang 3 times in one day, doesn’t leave message & hangs up. Effing nuisance.

continues to call and hoes to boice mail. Never leaves a message.

Called this number back and it was disconnected

Telemarketer calling about some wealth initiative. Would stop talking even when I make it clear I was on the Do Not Call Register.

the number is not connected. So in other words 'telemarketer/scam'

I answered call but they didn't reply then just hung up
