Called, didn't leave a message. No answer when rung (using a mobile phone with number private). Reported to DNC Register and number now blocked.

Caller: Scammer Pretending to be from Visa Mastercard Security Services (they are two separate companies who wouldn't be sharing security services I am sure!) about a suspicious amount put on my credit card during the night. I told him (Indian) I wasn't bothered as I knew it was a scam call anyway and he hung up for some reason!!

Caller: Scammer How dumb are these scammers claiming to be from “security department of Visa and Mastercard”?! Someone forgot to let them in on the secret that Visa and Mastercard are competitors, not two parts of the same company!!!!! Hahahaha

Overseas scam callers "Government Solar Rebate” using a spoofed (fake) number. Diverted to scammer answering machine, I hope they enjoyed their long chat with it.

Caller: claims to be data security from mastercard and visa, scammer called by asian female claiming to be from data security department at mastercard and visa. Scammer, block this number. Previous comments on this site indicate that same number has claimed to be from broadband provider threatening disconnection. Definite scam.
