Caller: (03) 9322 5909 Answered the call and it was a auto recording telling me about VISA debts that had been taken out of my card by Ebay - I just hung up! scammer call I'm guessing

Called by this number today to offer me something about credit card, but I turned it down to say "I'm not interested sorry." Then this guy asked me why I was not interested and I believe he is an Indian man with a strong Indian accent. But I have no idea how he got my name and my mobile number. This number looks like a scammer to have called me more than twice.
