Caller: "Mark Chapman" with a strong Indian accent Said he was from the Bank's Cyber Security Section, saying a $800- debit to New Zealand was suspect, then went on to ask me to Login to my Account. He was VERY Professional with answers to all my questions & gave me a Customer Reference Number. I said I'd call the Bank to check on him before I Logged into my Account. He accepted that & said he'd call me back in 10minutes. He did call back 6 times. I called the Bank & waited 35min to speak to someone. The Bank said IF there was a suspect Debit they would SMS me first to reply "Y" or "N" to the message, then possibly call or email.
