Caller: City West Water Can confirm this is definitely a legitimate City West Water number, was called by them today in response to an issue I was having with that company.

It's a scam, they left me a voice message and sent me a text saying that my bill was overdue and to pay via a link. I had paid my water bill the day before, don't even have a City West Water account!

Definitely City West Water, it's not a scam. The agent left me a voicemail. You can't call back on that number, you need to phone their 1300 number.
