nuisance call, no answer and disconnected when called back

Annoying - no voice

Someone called my mobile from this number today. I didn't answer so it was transferred to my message bank. He/she did not leave a message .But,didn't hang up either for 10 second!!? I blocked the number strait away.

When I asked who gave them my number they hung-up.

Telemarketer selling electricity and gas.

I called back number (03) 9300 4618 rang once then gets disconnected automatically.
