Heavy Indian acent, barely understandable, I heard the words 'Calling from Telsta' mumbled at the speed of light, significant background noise. Yes I have a pending Telstra complaint. When the number is called it automatically disconnects.

Caller: Call Centre Unable to understand the caller due to heavy accent, said calling from Telstra. I do have a pending Telstra issue but when I tried to call back the number (03) 9291 4900, it automatically disconnects so cannot ring back and sort out.
