I have had this number hang up on me after I answered phone number was not connect when I returned call

I have been receiving calls from (03) 9264 91XX. I blocked 9100 and I'm now getting calls from 9101. Tried to call the number back and got a message saying "number is not not connected" Have now blocked 9101 also.

Mobile rang, caller hung up. Tried ring the number back but a.message said that the number is not connected.
