Hey I got this number too with this exact same number and message just that it say my name and to look for Ruben URGENTLY at (03) 9236 6388 (09/48393)Anybody out there know what is really going on?

Same as Sid, I bought my new DiGi number last week and the next day, I got the call from this Global CMC. I already told them I just bought the simpack and I am not MR. YEE CHEE SENG, they even ask me where I bought it. What stupid people.The caller left voicemail with his number 016-2085223 which I think is a number for working purposes. You guys can try call him back to pay back for the time of disturbance that he created.Should I just call back and ask them to update their system? Which I don't really think they would do?

I've not got any debt yet I got a call from this number too - said his name was Sherif? or Sherrif - really garbled message.
Not going to call back - he was calling on a number I've not used for over 18 months, I just happended to switch the phone back on and charge it up to see if it was working.
Conclusion: SCAM SCAM

I got voicemail, saying from Ruben, to call back urgently. I just bought the simcard (Maxis) last month. Nobody know about my new number, even my family & friends. Conclusion: In todays world, NEVER TRUST THE TELCO company, especially MAXIS. I plan to change to other 'unpopular' telco line.

Today 18th Aug, we have received call and SMS with contend like above mention. So, we should be careful and ignore them. Please don't let those stupid people cheat our money. We are not fool for them to play this stupid game.
They know our full name, and our phone number, I am wondering where they can get it?
