I called back number (03) 9223 2463 spoke to a guy who said company name is Roy Morgan Research.

This number came up as a missed call on my phone. Upon ringing the number was greeted with a recorded service that said the person at extension 2463 is not available, that the service is not supported, and to call back at another time.
There was a distinct beep from the device at the other end which I assume was the recording device attempting to record my phone # (which I had blocked).
Possible scammer or other undesirable element of society, attempting to prey on vulnerable members of the community.
