This is a number from an Optus call centre. You can't ring it back as it won't be answered (outgoing calls only).

I have had multiple calls as well, I think it is a Melbourne based Optus business direct outlet trying to drum up business, the fact u get 4 calls within a ten minute block borders on harassment

Same experience as other commenters. I have added to my 'ignore' list.

Just missed the call so I rang the number back and it is constantly engaged. I save all these telemarketers numbers ( I have listed this as optus con ) so when they ring they are identified and they do not answer.

Also had a call engaged when I tried to return the cal, having read this I wont be answering Im not even an optus customer !

Rude, invasive, definitely claims to be from Optus. Hang up!

I recently add an ap called iblacklist to my iPhone to block callers like this... You need a jailbroken iPhone to add the app, but well worth it.

Either number is busy, or ring out! Annoying

got 5 missed calls from it in the space of 10 minutes, tried calling back numerous times, only for it to be either engaged, or ring out (once ringing out about 10sec after it was engaged)

I just had 8 missed calls from this number and 4 from (02) 9202 9024 this number im away from my desk a lot so when i get back i have had all these missed calls with no msg bank msg just a missed called, called number both rang out !!!

...just had a missed call from this no (03) 9221 0238)some of the previous comments suggest it's bogusbut one suggests it is optus,any clarification available?
