Given the above info - I am sure it is debt collection from Western Water. I have a "late payment" that is not mine to pay, but they have my phone number. My mobile didn't ring but mobile lit up. I guess it was a test to see if my # was live.

Rings and doesn't leave a message. I found their company. "Western Water". Address "36 Macedon St Sunbury" So why would they want to talk to me. I don't live in their catchment. I don't have "town water" we are on a farm and use rain water.
