Claiming to be selling kitchen exhaust fans. Repeatedly ringing and using multiple numbers as well as this number.

says its paypal and 2 gift card have been purchased for $800.00 press button to confirm or cancel

Yep another wasted time for me… needless to say no message left therefore a scam, seriously get a life and leave me alone. Everyone don’t answer calls you don’t know.

Caller: Male caller

I had received a call from this number a few days ago, with a recorded voice trying to scam me as being from Visa card security. This time after some delay a male caller with an Indian accent and background noise of a call centre told me that he was from the Commonwealth Bank security department and that my card had been used overseas for a transaction by a Mr. Mark Hobbs, then asked me if this was OK. I replied that it was all OK, that this person was known to my family. There was a short silence, then the caller said "OK" and hung up. Slight variation on the same old scam.

Fake Amazon trying to get’postage’ from me for a parcel. I haven’t ordered anything from them

Melbourne number and too long of a pause so I hung up and blocked the number.

Totally fake - wanted to talk about telstra account. Shows as originating in Melbourne

Female claimed to be from Hotmail advising my email had been compromised. When I asked where her office was based she responded with "Office of Melbourne" Nice Try, told her to find a real job and stop trying to scam people. She told me to find a real job. Awesome comeback. haha - Blocked!

Exactly the same scam call (Visa) as in the previous comment from John D. Sick of these mongrels.

Picked up, didn't say anything. There was the usual pause and it hung up. Obviously dodgy.
