Has called my elderly mother constantly this morning telling her she has to join up to their NBM plan. Even rang her to say why hasn't she rung the number he gave her 1300 833 177 and signed up. Now she is afraid to answer the phone and is in tears

I had a call from BVivid yesterday telling me about their nbn plan, after thinking agout it over night I rang my provider and they did not know anything about me changing my nbn provider, I sure did not want to receive two bills, I have consequently cancelled the offer from BVivid. Please people be aware of these people.

Must have spoken to these people at least 30 times. They claim to work for Telstra, then change their tune to being a 'reseller' for Telstra. Most recent call identified himself as GoGom. While they have a Melbourne number GoCom is in the Philippines. I have asked them repeatedly to remove my company from their call list and they get pissed off and tell me it's publicly listed (white pages) so they can call me if they want. Have been hung up on every time.

Caller: Vishal who gave me a number to call 1300 833 177 if I required to discuss matters

I asked them to provide me their offer in the mail. They refused telling me they no longer do business by mail, only by phone call, to which l told them I would not co-operate with them until I received a letter from them and that I was suspicious of Indians on unsolicited calls. I think that they are scammers and must be treated as such.

I had three calls from them yesterday, over the space of 90 minutes. Horrific background noise, and sounded very much like a third world call center, and were very difficult to understand. They STRONGLY inferred that they were from NBN, and claimed they weren't selling anything. Yet, they kept saying how much money they were going to save me! Every time I asked a question, their answers seemed vague and evasive. They kept talking about landlines. When I was finally able to get it across to them that I didn't have a landline, and only had a mobile and used the mobile hot spot for the internet, they suddenly weren't interested and hung up. Today, in the space of 45 minutes, I had three missed calls from them, and they left two messages on my message bank. Very poor!!

Their Company is BVIVID PTY LTD. ACN 619543547.
Very suspicious as only registered in July 2017.
They do not abide by the rules of do not call register.

Bvivid phoned my 76 year old mother claiming they were working with Telstra and conned her into transferring to them for her NBN/HOME PHONE.. we have been sice September last year trying to get her back to Telstra and now she cannot transfer her number back... she is paying three times plus more than what Telstra were charging her.

have been getting emails from bvivid saying i owe money for a service that i don't want and didn't ask for, as well as that i haven't got a contract with them. I ignore their phone calls and hang up on them all the time. Emails go to the trash everytime. now they are saying that if i don't pay them, my credit reference may be affected. Have reported them to ACCC. I just wish they would stop.

Caller: BVIVID Akash

Alash Called my mother (96 years old) who handed phone to my 70 year old brother. Akash advised the Optus copper line was being disconnected and a connection to NBN was necessary ASAP or there would be no phone service within weeks. Suggested he was from Optus, was extremely rude and pushy and asked for bank details. Actually arranged a 3 way call with Optus to gain numbers and info etc. to try and complete transaction asap but fortunately to no avail. Numerous calls in a 2 day period.
I got involved, called Akash (03) 7001 1333) and demanded the proposal be cancelled immediately and to never call again. I was abruptly and rudely told to listen up etc. etc. and that I had no business or authority getting involved and than an invoice would be coming in the mail.
Will be interesting to see where this ends up.

Made it sound like I had to connect to the NBN through BVIVID. Once I realized this was solicitation I let him know in no uncertain terms What How and Where BVIVID could go.

Very pushy call from BVIVID about NBN. Promised this that and the other and sounded real good. When I received the contract it was not as cheap or like what they promised on the phone. Cancelled immediately..beware!
