repeated calls - when called back got an engaged tone

This number calls me after every two days

Caller: John Washington and Austin

When I tried to call the above number, the same voice message keeps repeating itself "your call is in a queue, your call will be answered shortly". When I initially answered the call, I asked the caller to identify himself. He told me his name is John Washington (Indian guy) and is from Go Green Australia Pty Limited. He later passed me to another guy called Austin. (Indian guy)

However, when I tried calling the number he gave me (032-9125 5652), the same recorded message keeps repeating itself.

Bloody Indian calling, telling he is from Victoria Government.

Caller: “Government”

Asked if I had covers for my Evap Cooling and Shower Head

Caller was offering solar panel upgrades. When I said no thank you she laughed with colleagues before hanging up on me??!!

Constantly ringing asking for Mehmet and getting angry when told wrong number don't call again.
