Answered, didn't say anything. Hung up after a few seconds. Called back on a private number and got a "the number you have dialled is not available from this service"

No message left - rang 3 times , including on weekend!

About the third time I received a call from this number. So I answered on the third time thinking it may be a genuine call and important. It wasn't. Someone called Noah from a company I could not understand (heavily accented) offering cleaning services, heating and cooling cleaning, solar panel cleaning. At this point I stopped him, said I wasn't interested and remove me from their phone list and hang up. Do yourself a favour, do not answer and block this number.
