Scam call

'Chinese Visa application service'. Doubt it

Left me a voicemail. Not a legit company. There was a dog barking in the background. Definitely a scammer

They claimed Mr. and Mrs. So and So have been chosen to receive a discounted holiday. Wow, what an amazing feat, especially since they both have been dead for a number of years and Mr. So and So has never been associated with the number these low life scummy scammers called.

Sounded like a information phishing scam. Answered incorrectly or refused depending on the question. Blocked number.

Asian lady talking about travel in NSW. I cut the conversation short as I could not understand her and she kept talking over me.

Caller: Travel Company

Female with an Asian accent said that she was calling to advise me that I was successful in winning DISCOUNTED travel vouchers. They are allegedly valid for 2 years in Australia & New Zealand. There are 6 vouchers each of which are for 2 adults & 2 children. When the conversation got around to payment for the vouchers then I suddenly didn't qualify because payment had to be by Mastercard, Visa card or some other bankcard & I said that I didn't have any of these. SCAMMER no doubt particularly when you read the other comments. A travel company this time/call/week, what will it be next time/call/week.

Left a message that was unintelligible with options for Chinese - SCAM call

Left message saying press 1 for English 2 for Chinese and that my services would be cut off due to misuse - or something similar

left me a voicemail saying they were from the Aus Govt with important details about me, to press 1 for English and 2 for Chinese, have had heaps of these calls from different numbers

Called 3 times no answer
