Caller: (03) 9123 4578 Rang numerous times. Always asking for a Rebecca Kilty. When I say they have the wrong number they then ask me how I pay my electricity bill, who my supplier is, who my neighbours are, asking about real estate agents. Man has a very heavy African accent. I block the number and they call back on another
