Initial delay after answering (first red flag). Loud call centre in the background and a female with a strong Indian accent claiming to be from “Telstra” (second red flag). Claiming that they have been receiving alerts about suspicious downloads from my IP address (third red flag). Told her that they have called me before with the same issue, at which she hung up and presumably blocked my number.

Claimed to be from Telstra warning me about others using my internet connection and inserting malware. Wanted me to jump online. I called BS at that point.

Scammer!!! Rude and vicious.
Claim he called from "NBN" and this Charlie with Indian accent told me I had a NBN problem and they tried to FIX it?! Sounded like overseas call center (scammer center) first few seconds can felt the delay when call was connected. When I started question if this is a legitimate call from NBN the funny guy lost patience and started verbal abuse.

Pretended to be from Voda billing dept. Was called using different Mobile numbers before using this land line. 100% scam as I'm not a Vodafone customer.
