03 9123 1050 - got a call from hacker and I pretended to be a dum, hacker asked me to switch on computer and press CTRL tab … and carried on and on … later he realise I am making full of him then he hanged up on me

Called late afternoon, to bad for them we have turned off the answering machine, and don't get up to answer that phone anymore!

I just received a call from a stranger who said my network is on a public IP. I didn't understand what she meant because she had a strong Indian accent. When I asked her if she was from India and where she was calling from, she suddenly became very angry. She then said she was near my house and used extremely offensive language. Have scammers become so brazen nowadays? Isn't there anyone to regulate this?

Called me saying I’m apart of a high risk group for Covid and the voice mail was in Chinese. Scam. Scam. Scam

Left a message claiming to be from Paypal regarding a purchase of $299.39 stating to cancel the order to call them back on this number.

Caller said they were from Mastercard saying there was a transaction of $800 on my credit card and did I authorise this. When I asked which bank they said Westpac. I said I didn’t have a credit card with Westpac and they hung up. It wouldn’t have mattered which bank they mentioned, I still would have said I didn’t have a credit card with whichever bank they said. They think people are so gullible.
