I was waiting on a call from a business so answered this and it hung up immediately. Don't pick up.

Claimed to be from the Australian Cyber Security office. The male called spoke with a foreign accent. They had and old email address of mine and addressed me by name. That wasn't hard to understand because the address contains my name (a common uni practice). Speaker claimed my account was being improperly used and linked to my phone number. I told caller to put it in writing and send it to me. Caller hung up.

Answered call hang up on me straight away

This is your visa and Mastercard. There has been a charge of $1900 on your card. Press 1 to reject or 2 to accept…. These people think we must be stupid!!

Hung up as soon as I answered and googled it straight away and brought me here 😂

Caller: Claims to be from Telstra

Male asian voice claiming to be fro Telstra and that my NBN line speed is below par. Clearly a scam as Telstra is not my NBN Retail Service Provider (RSP). He hung up when I challenged him on that fact.

Scam - said she was from telstra and a problem with my internet connection. Now blocked.

Suspicious and not left message. Better don't answered from non saved number/unfamiliar number. If they need you, they leave message.

Phone rang I answered they hung up. Tried to ring back always engaged. Have blocked it.

Automatically hangs up. Don’t stress out about it but just block the number.
