Automated number harvesting call. If you answer ...you will get another call later from a live scammer AVOID

Went onto my Voice mail... Automated voice saying to "contact Cancellation Dept by pressing 2". Sounds like a Scammer. DO NOT REPLY

Caller: Claimed to be Telstra rep

Hung up as soon as I smelt bullsh*t

answered the call this morning (Sunday), as I run an after hours call out service. Since then have received 12 more calls all using the 02 or 03 area code (not an area that my business operates in). Absolute fuc@king parasites.

Caller: "Paypal"

Left automated voice message saying PayPal would deduct $299 unless I called them back to cancel the transaction. Blocked.

Claimed to be telstra. Regarding internet. No internet here.

Caller: Recorded message

This call showed as coming from Melbourne, Victoria. When answered, there was a delay of a few seconds, then a recorded female voice told me that it was the security department of Visa and Mastercard and that my account had been debited of an amount around $1300. The voice then said that I should press button 1 if the purchase was fraudulent, or press button 2 if the purchase was OK. Needless to say, I didn't press any buttons, just hung up. Same old scam.

From this call not answered two more followed on different numbers.
