Received call 17.53. Did not answer as had received call from (03) 9122 0949 similar time day before

He used this telephone number to offer me Bribery relating to Commonwealth Financial PLanning Limited

I did not answer the phone but the number is on my landline phone

I found this comment helpful. I keep lists near my phone of the numbers that call (I never answer) that I then check here.

They claimed to conduct a 30 min survey, asking questions on politics, future economy, pay tv services, place of work, voting preferences, birth date, town and address

They called from another phone number last night. I blocked that number, and they tried to call again. They are an absolute nuisance!

This was Roy Morgan. When I called back their answering service confirmed it. It is not AFCA. I work in super and when I saw others say it was AFCA I shut myself thinking I’d screwed something up. I can confirm NOT AFCA.

Scammers, use similar numbers and keep calling

This could be AFCA, in Victoria, who want to make a monetary offer to complainants over the phone, instead of offering it in an email, to get a legal response in writing.

This could also be AFCA in Melbourne offering money to clients

Keeps calling on this and similar numbers early evening. I don’t pick up and they don’t leave a message.

(03) 9122 0950 called around 2:40pm wanted to ask me some questions. clearly not local call and some sort of scammers so I hung up

Started with 0949 , then a day later 0950, then 0951, 0952, then got calls from Adelaide, Northern Territory, Queensland…. Then 0953..

Keep calling my new number keep blocking but they use similar phone numbers scammers
