After I answered (03) 9119 0255 I said “hello” then had silents for11 seconds then a recorded voice said “goodbye”.

N This number called me, I did not answer as number looked suspicious. Any number ending in repeated digits "55" "99" or "22" etc. is usually part of 100 block number group used by business or scammers. If they leave a message I can assume legitimate business & return call. If scammer they do not leave message so I ignore or check number on Reverse Aust. They did not leave message so will treat them as scammer & block the number.
