They left message saying suspicious activity on my card and to call this number. Called both banks - no suspicious activity on cards, suspect this is a bogus call

Caller: Claimed to be Tohnny Kohli from Telstra

Claimed he was from Telstra and had detected overseas devices connected to my internet and they were stealing my personal data. Strung him on. Asked him where he worked. He said 242 Exhibition Street Melbourne. Asked him what department he worked in. He said Technical. I said there are many technical departments- he couldn’t give me a specific one. Said his Telstra employee ID was D86005. And head of dept is May Boisen. Tried to press me to take action now. Asked him to give me all his contact details so I could call back because he wouldn’t tell me what action I had to take when I pressed him. He then hung up.

Claimed to be from Amazon regarding a parcel being delivered. Sounded like a automated voice. I just hung up and didn't listen to all the message. Total scam as I don't have an Amazon account

Message saying this was Amazon and wanted to authorise a transaction on my recent order over $900.00. Nothing ordered and no Amazon account. Came up as Melbourne number. SCAM!

Claimed there were two suspicious credit card activities. Press 1 or press 2. I didn’t press either but hung up. Suspect a scam call to get your details to take your hard earned money!

"Hi this is a call from Amazon". I don't use Amazon and the full message indicates it's actually a scam call.

Received call from this number (03) 9117 0220 and I did not answer. No message left by the caller
45mins later I received a call from (02) 9071 2840 and I did not answer that call either. No message left by the caller.
Suspect this is a scam caller.

Silent scam call! This phone number rang me and after a few rings I answered. I cleverly didn’t say “Hello”, there was silence their end, then after a short pause they hung up on me! They didn’t leave a message. This is a hint that it’s another bloody SCAM. I’m in Melbourne.
WHY can’t TELSTRA do a damn thing about these scams? Telstra = Multi-Billion dollar company. Surely they’ve got the cash & equip to BLOCK these daily scams from our mobiles & landlines??

Caller was advising he was from something to do with Visa and Mastercard, and advised there were 2 suspicious activities on my account. He said I need to log into phone banking on my computer so that he help me download a form to apply that have these transactions blocked. I told him I would phone my bank and have them look into it. He then began to argue with me stating that the person trying to access my account was very clever, and that my bank would not reimburse me. I hung up.

Scam - They said they were Amazon wanting authorization to charge for my recent purchase of over $700, which I didn't make.
