This organisation often calls but they have a number of landlines. I block one then they call me from another - very annoying as they won’t take no for an answer.

i donated once at christmas and they have non stop harassed me ever since . when i told them 6 times in the last 4 months that i have no job for the foreseeable future they continue to call . thanks to their persistent calling i will never donate to them ever again .

I made the BIG mistake of donating to this this charity two years ago, and an even bigger one by giving them my telephone number. They are relentless and a total PEST and NUISANCE. Never will I give them one more cent. They call on all different numbers but mainly from an 03 landline. Full marks for harassment, Alana and Madeleine Foundation. Such a deserved charity is losing so many donations because of this behaviour.

I have told these people repeatedly that I have lost my job and my house and had to move - and they STILL KEEP CALLING ME LOOKING FOR DONATIONS. They have harassed me constantly since the first week I donated to them 2 years ago - I WILL NEVER EVER EVER DONATE TO THIS ORGANISATION AGAIN.They have multiple phone numbers.

Same as the others, these guys are pushy and won't stop annoying you on multiple numbers.
I give to multiple charitys every year but won't to this one due to Walter Mikac the founders opinions and actions.

They call constantly. It's a great foundation and I was happy to donate a couple of times but the constant calling asking for more is getting beyond a joke.

2 and a half years of constant harassment from these idiots. I will NEVER EVER donate to them again and I have told all my contacts not to make the same mistake. They call CONSTANTLY for days on end and if you block them they just call on another number. I have been forced to silence ALL unknown numbers because of them ringing me all day while I am working. Wonder if they ever read this page to change their strategy.

Actually disgusting how many times they have called me. I’ve advised them so many times to stop and however that does not stop them.

Even during COVID-19 I lost my job but they don't seem to care and continue to call they need to be stopped worst non-profit organization I know. Like to know where there money is actually going.
Def not going towards how to improve their customer service.
