Called me - knew my name - was not clear with the business name and I thought it was DEAF Services and hung up. Not able to callback number.
Appears very similar to DEFT Payment Services from Macqaurie Bank however they deny all knowledge and are not based in Victoria.
SCAM ALERT on this one

an idiot saying he was a debt collion officer. i explained i dont owe money to any one....i dihd ask if he could collect from those who owed me....he hung up!!!! B L O C K E D

Caller: pretending to be Deaf Services Lottery

Nice voice young Aussie woman, asked me if I have any deaf or hard of hearing ppl in the family. Was talking slower than a call centre op and too chatty. I should have hung up. I 'bought' $30 lottery ticket book. Afterwards I googled and rang Deaf Lottery, and they had no record... the lady was very helpful, searched everything she could. They are in Brisbane not Melb, and this 03 number scammed me

Missed the incoming call, called back and routed to music playing. Listened for approx 2 mins and no change. Hung up

called me 4 times this week alone. I cant receive voice calls on my mobile because of awful telstra reception in my rural area - so just comes up as unanswered call on my call log.

A lady wanting to sell raffle tickets for DEAF charity. Declined. She was a bit pushy. Sounded Aussie. Just can't trust it.
