Blocked the number ages ago, but now it goes through to message bank - robocall message saying it's Milton Graham. SCAM!

Claimed I owned money for fines, toll fines. I have never been to NSW or Victoria for 47 years. can't be my fine as I was not there.
Can't give me a plate number.
Don't even know my name.

Happened to me too. After many unknown years, my fine was $850. Sheriff visited and would make an arrest if I did not make an repay arrangement with Fines Victoria.Legally robbery.

There sly dogs, asked who was calling and the c*nt gives me his name, never say sh*t about your identity, they called they need to prove who they are!!

missed a call, no message left then checked number here so blocked it as people said a scam. about 4 hours later got a voice mail asking me to contact them even though I blocked their number they were able to leave me a voice mail. Never heard of them before
