Caller: 'Public Outreach' CREEPY? when I answered the phone, heard background noise, but no one spoke. It felt like being stalked by creeps. Called back, just an answer machine wanting me to leave a message. Annoyingly unpleasant Creeps. But how the hell did they buy my old phone number? Who sold numbers to these people. Feels weird and Cowardly not to answer. Invasion of PRIVACY Repulsive.
