Caller: Claimed to be Aus Green Homes then changed to Aus Green Electricity

I believe this is a scam They got some personal details fiom me.

Caller: Some telemarketing sales call centre

Answered the call but no answer. Caller was on mute and knew that person answering would hang up. These people have quotas for the number of people they call and calls that are connected are counted as long as the person who answered hangs up. I used to work in a call centre and know all the loop holes. Next time this number calls again I will answer the call and leave it on mute until the caller hangs up first to give them a taste of their own medicine.

Believe this to be money laundering with links to overseas people smuggling

Revived the call and me by my name. Replied by saying that I was currently busy and unable to talk.
Good to know not to answer the follow up call from the comments on this number.

This person called me and rudely ignored me when I said 'Hello' and hanged up on me. If someone calls you from that number, just ignore it.

I don't answer interstate calls unless I know who they are and if I want to talk to them as I've had enough of scammers etc.
