Hung up when I answered

Called back message for reliable deals.
Received 2 calls a few weeks ago with the same voicemail from (03) 9112 5961

Called back, automated reply, name could not be heard.

Called me at around 7pm, no voice.

Once answered, the person said he just wants to let me know an electricity bill in my name without even knowing my name. Surely a scam.

Did not leave a message, they have been calling me from different numbers always starting with 9112 ... seems to be reliable deals.

called by at 453 pm, picked up didn't say anything and hung up, blocked yet another number on my phone

No message. I called back only to recieve an engaged signal.

Guy with an Indian accent called, asked to speak to the owner of "the electricity account". I asked if he was from *my electricity provider name* and he kept asking, "Are you the owner?" I kept repeating *my electricity provider name* and he hung up.

answered. No one said anything and hung up.

It is a dealing company. No need to pick up.

Busy person also called me around 19:00 on 16Sep19. I didn't pick up as I was cooking and no voice message left so it was not important.
