I called back number (03) 9112 5876 rang once then gets disconnected automatically.

This number has called me several times and hung up when I answered previous call. Today some guy said he was doing a survey for bay city council. When I wouldn't answer a personal question, he hung up. Pretty sure it was some kind of scam.
