Had this number call me whispering down the phone that he was from the City Council. Wouldn't say which one. finally came out with Wyndham. Said I don't live anywhere near there. caller hung up.
Tried to call me again today. Didn't leave a msg as I didn't answer.

Call said he was from my local council, I asked which, caller said it was City of Maribrynong. We were then disconnected. It is not from the City of Maribrynong - I know that number. Scam.

Knew my name asked if it was me I said whos asking they said Kim I asked what they wanted they said it didn't matter. I asked where they got my number he said why does that matter. I said because it does he hung up. Now Blocked.

They just keep calling. No message. My phone told me it was 'potential fraud'. Scam for sure. Block the no.

Probably scam. They asked if I was the missus. I said No. I asked who it was and they said they were from Lifestyle Australia. I said I didn't know what that was and they hung up.

Caller said they were city council. When asked what council he said Knox. When I said I wasn't in that council he asked if it was Casey? Incorrect again! I laughed and hung up. Definite scammer.

I have been called by (03) 9112 5867 numerous times. Last time said they were from the local council and were doing a census. Said they needed to check my personal details. I asked them to verify they were from the council - they hung up.
This mum Ed is a scam.

This number has rung me and I haven’t answered it on the following dates. December 10,18,21,29 and January 5. They certainly are keen.

Claimed to be from Frankston council doing a survey. I questioned the caller and call dropped

The message left on our phone from the number (03) 9112 5867 was a female saying, "MEOWWW MEOWWW". When you try to call the number back it simply rings out. A very odd character is an understatement.

Claimed to be from local Council - but I work at a local Council and I know for a fact that Councils would never outsource to a overseas/Indian call centre. Scam! hung up on them, so not sure what they wanted, but the questions were about marital status and homeownership - so presumably mortgage/loan/lending related
