Someone claiming to be from a company called "Vision Australia" to inform me about tax refund if I own a property - I asked where he got my details and couldn't confirm. Hung up and has no dial tone - Definitely a scam.

Same. I answered and it hung up. Called back and its not a real number.

I believe this may be a scam call, as others have stated.
