Caller: Some Indian guy - I assumed a scammer Wanting to complete Hydra Claire cream purchase I bailed out on after saw fine print. Get free sample but they ask for debit or credit card details to pay for shipping and GST. Fine print indicates will automatically send more cream in 45 days then monthly for approx. $141 so stuff that! When I told him reason I bailed he tried to flog me another special offer. Super dodgy ...

Caller: indian guy I tried to purchase a new product that i found on facebook - VITAL PROGENIX - this was on a TV show called - SHARK TANK . They had an intro offer of $4.95 for postage but when i tried to purchase the product it was rejecting my credit card details (lucky me) I then realised it was probably a SCAM so I contacted my bank and advised them to reject any credit card payments for this product. Later that afternoon (7 hours later) I received a call from an indian fellow following me up regarding the product, i told him that i changed my mind and he just hung up on me - I have no doubt that this is a SCAM - DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY PERSONAL DETAILS

Caller: (03) 9111 2369 I answered but whoever was on the other end hung up. So I called back only to hear an American (male) voicemail saying "Please stay on the line. Your call is very important to us. Please don't hang up." So then I googled the number and here I am ... another scammer trying to call me!

They hung up as soon as I answered identifying my company. Judging by the other comments here, I should have said "ScamWatch… Chief Investigator speaking... can I help you?"

Exactly the same thing.. try to get the free sample, add some details, read the fine print then delete all the details and definitely did not hit the submit button. Didnt matter, call cam through anyway and it's the same - some Indian guy wanting me to complete the transaction. Flamin' nuisance
